I have details of Wraysbury and Horton Drain issues from the early 1980’s onwards.\u00a0 I formally reported Feathers Lane blockage issues in early 2019 and despite huge RBWM expenditure on the Wraysbury Drain of about \u00a3200,000 since 2015 the main problems have not even been identified – let alone fixed.\u00a0 Today RBWM has limited resources and no obligation to maintain the Wraysbury Drain.\u00a0 In my opinion Wraysbury Parish Council suffers from Corporate Memory Loss while the duty to maintain an ordinary watercourse rests with the riparian owner.\u00a0 My best advice – be prepared!<\/p>\n
