there have been MANY Jubilee River bank, bed and structural failures since 2003.<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0 I will not spend time here listing the failures but I will just put a few questions (even though I think I know the answers)<\/p>\n<p>Q1: <strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">What is total cost to date of Jubilee River bank, bed and structural repairs\/improvements since July 2002?
