  1. I will continue to identify, expose and hold to account the organisations and individuals with responsibility for flood defence but who are failing to use available permissive and enforcement powers to protect those at risk.<\/li>\n
  2. I will look harder at both the efficiency and effectiveness of flood defence expenditure.<\/li>\n
  3. I will expand my capability to share what I know with those ultimately responsible for flood defence and also the wider community who provide the funding.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
