Thank you for your email.\u00a0 My concern today is that we appear to be in the process of history repeating itself.\u00a0 \u00a0The RTS Channel One was removed from the RTS project in July 2020 because RBWM made no provision for the Partnership Funding contribution.\u00a0 RTS Channel One was then replaced with the DHEFIM project – but I have yet to identify any RBWM partnership funding contribution commitment.<\/div>\n

My question is – who is responsible for ensuring that any mandatory partnership funding contribution towards a project is real,\u00a0 allocated and secure prior to significant expenditure on project development?<\/span><\/strong><\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
I asked questions about RTS in 2019 but was deliberately kept in the dark by Councillors, Officers and EA employees.\u00a0 I am now raising this question again in respect of DHEFIM partnership funding.<\/div>\n
