{"id":3003,"date":"2025-12-02T14:58:13","date_gmt":"2025-12-02T14:58:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dhwnews.com\/?p=3003"},"modified":"2025-12-03T20:18:28","modified_gmt":"2025-12-03T20:18:28","slug":"drcct-trustees-report-and-accounts-2024-25","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dhwnews.com\/?p=3003","title":{"rendered":"DRCCT Trustees Report and Accounts 2024\/25"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Just to let you know that the DRCCT Trustees Annual Report and Accounts for the financial year 2024\/25 have been submitted to the Charity Commission.\u00a0 Further information and documents can be found on the DRCCT page of the Charity Commission website <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/register-of-charities.charitycommission.gov.uk\/en\/charity-search\/-\/charity-details\/252303?_uk_gov_ccew_onereg_charitydetails_web_portlet_CharityDetailsPortlet_organisationNumber=252303\">here<\/a><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>It should be noted that a <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>serious incident report concerning the DRCCT<\/strong><\/span> was sent to the Charity Commission by DPC solicitors.\u00a0 The report itself is undated but probably compiled late November 2025.\u00a0 You can read the report <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/dhwnews.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/20251128120915515-pages-4-8.pdf\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>here<\/strong><\/span><\/a><\/span> and see that it is very similar to a previous Slough Observer newspaper report dated April 2025 that you can find <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.sloughobserver.co.uk\/news\/25112754.datchet-parish-council-dissolves-village-hall-charity-committee\/?ref=uber_nb&amp;lp=6\">here<\/a><\/strong><\/span>.\u00a0 It appears that after seven months of futile effort &#8211; some <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Datchet Parish Councillors<\/strong><\/span> (individually <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>named<\/strong><\/span> in their own DPC Public Statement <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/dhwnews.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/DPC-DRRCT-Statement-15.04.25-v3.docx\">here<\/a><\/strong><\/span>)\u00a0<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>continue to spend public money<\/strong><\/span> promoting the assertion that they control the DRCCT assets.\u00a0 Furthermore, surely expecting me to appear in Court as a witness on behalf of Datchet Parish Council while simultaneously complaining about my performance and undermining me as a Charity Trustee is an issue waiting to be addressed.\u00a0 For the record I was first elected to Datchet Parish Council in 1986.\u00a0 I wonder how my time served compares against that of the named co-opted Councillors?<\/p>\n<p>END<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Just to let you know that the DRCCT Trustees Annual Report and Accounts for the financial year 2024\/25 have been submitted to the Charity Commission.\u00a0 Further information and documents can be found&#8230;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[1],"tags":[172,170,209],"class_list":["post-3003","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-uncategorized","tag-datchet-parish-council","tag-drcct","tag-drcct-hijack"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.4 -
