David \u2013 You have now spent a year (with the support of your ill-informed, co-opted cronies) trying to hijack the assets of the DRCCT. You have used the DPC website and the local Press to repeatedly discredit both Cllr Mrs Davies and myself. You were not even on the Council when Mrs Davies and myself were appointed as DRCCT Trustees in April 2019. As DRCCT Trustees we have a duty to protect the assets of the Charity and can be held personally liable if we fail to do so. Today the DPC is not honouring the \u2018Division of Responsibilities\u2019 agreement. Surely by occupying the Parish Office (owned by the DRCCT) without a lease or licence, and not paying in accordance with the Agreement, the Parish Council is engaging in a Conflict of Interest i.e. getting something for nothing. We made it clear last year that changes to locks, or attempts to take control of DRCCT property, employees and money without the proper authority could be considered as interference with the Charity assets. You had no right to intimidate the Hall Manager, to demand the Hall booking takings or to change the locks.<\/strong><\/span> For the record I will remind you that we have given DPC Notice to Vacate the property 1 Allen Way. I trust this subject will be considered on the Agenda for 9\/3\/2026.<\/strong><\/span> In my opinion you have demonstrated lack of leadership by keeping Datchet Parish Councillors in the dark and not even debating let alone concluding this fiasco after nearly one year.\u00a0 Regards – Ewan Larcombe<\/p>\n
