The Chair and the Clerk supported by a group of mainly co-opted members) is using public money (Datchet Parish money) while continuing in their failed attempt to take control of the assets and management of the Datchet Recreation Centre Charity Trust.\u00a0 <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>In April 2025 &#8211; without authority and at short notice<\/strong><\/span> &#8211; David Buckley called an improper DRCCT meeting of some DPC Councillors in Windsor.\u00a0 The very next morning &#8211; a covert dawn raid on the Datchet Hall was executed.\u00a0 This action (which included hiring a locksmith) to take control of the building and hall hire takings was both illegal and unsuccessful.\u00a0 DPC is now spending public money in an attempt to lay claim to the DRCCT assets (land and buildings) using the Land Registry.<\/p>\n<p>The <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>names of the persons<\/strong><\/span> involved in the Windsor meeting can be found at the bottom of the statement <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.datchetparishcouncil.gov.uk\/_UserFiles\/Files\/Documents\/Website%20Statement%20-%20Datchet%20Parish%20Council%20Takes%20Action%20to%20Ensure%20Proper%20Governance%20of%20the%20Datchet%20Recreation%20Centre%20Charitable%20Trust.pdf\">here<\/a><\/strong><\/span>.<\/p>\n<p>DPC continues to publish incorrect and fabricated statements about the DRCCT and its management <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.datchetparishcouncil.gov.uk\/_VirDir\/CoreContents\/News\/Display.aspx?id=75775\">here<\/a><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Datchet Parish Council (to be more specific &#8211;
