The latest Oxford Flood Alleviation Scheme newsletter is now available here<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0<\/span> or here.<\/a><\/strong><\/span>\u00a0 \u00a0It is really interesting (and significant) to note that while the Oxford FAS progresses steadily, in contrast the River Thames Scheme<\/strong><\/span> and the Datchet to Hythe End FIM<\/strong><\/span> projects are STILL STALLED<\/strong><\/span>.\u00a0 \u00a0I may be wrong, but surely somebody needs to explain 18 years and some \u00a3120m on project development – and still awaiting Outline Business Case approval?<\/p>\n
