Dear Datchet Parish Councillors – named here<\/a><\/strong><\/span> – and the Clerk.\u00a0 You have claimed to be the ‘sole managing trustee’,\u00a0 unlawfully broken into Datchet Hall<\/strong><\/span>, changed the lock and continue to deny access to the\u00a0 DRCCT Trustees.\u00a0 We genuine Trustees are now unlawfully locked out and denied access to our own building.\u00a0 Stand by your beds please – wait patiently, rehearse your excuses and make sure you understand LGA 1972(s139)3.\u00a0 If you have any evidence to support your claim that you are the ‘sole managing trustee’ – please bring it to my attention.\u00a0 \u00a0You may also wish to review your leases\/licences.\u00a0 In my opinion – you never were, are not and indeed cannot be the DRCCT ‘sole managing trustee’.\u00a0 Could it be that a County Court injunction is coming your way soon?<\/p>\n
