I am informed that Datchet Parish Council Chairman Cllr David Buckley (Reform UK)<\/strong><\/span> has submitted a Code of Conduct Complaint against me, Cllr Ewan Larcombe (please see details below).\u00a0 This is the same Cllr David Buckley (Reform UK) who was seen at Datchet Hall after dark on 12-10-2026 – while the high security door lock was being drilled by a locksmith – when he should have been Chairing a DPC Meeting.\u00a0 This action cost DPC \u00a3860 and is the subject of a TVP Crime Report.\u00a0 The 24 hour security to keep the two DRCCT Trustees out of Datchet Hall cost DPC about \u00a39,500.<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0 I am delighted that after 18 months of DPC spurious and unsubstantiated claims to the substantial DRCCT assets, the undemocratic behaviour of some Councillors compounded by unauthorised, unnecessary and hidden expenditure is now in the public domain.<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0 In my ‘Whistleblower’ post<\/a><\/strong><\/span> I identified some of the issues.\u00a0 As a Datchet Parish Councillor first elected in July 1986 I am now barred from Datchet Hall (by Cllr Denny Loveridge) and the Parish Office, my properly submitted Agenda motions are refused and my DPC email – that I am obliged to use and contains Cllr Buckley’s emails to me – has been disconnected by the Clerk.\u00a0 I also have yet another motion of no confidence to be proposed by Cllr Wise at the next DPC Meeting on Monday 9th November 2026.\u00a0 You can be assured that the costs of this ongoing saga will undoubtedly be paid for by the people of Datchet – either through DPC expenditure (public money) or DRCCT expenditure (charity money).<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

The details of Cllr Buckley’s complaint against me are as follows:<\/strong> Mr Larcombe has downloaded confidential <\/em>
\ninformation from a secure councillor dropbox folder and posted them on his website knowing that these were documents from a council Part II meeting held on Wednesday 21st October 2026. These documents were specific to a legal case taken out by Ewan Larcombe against the council regarding the charity <\/em>named Datchet Recreational Centre Charity Trust.\u00a0 I have attached a summary of the data breach and the links to the evidence with screenshots in case the website is taken down in the meantime. Mr Larcombe was clear of this legally <\/em>sensitive information but still went ahead to download and publish the information into the public domain or acquiring the information to help his legal case against the council, which is ongoing.<\/em><\/p>\n

DPC repeatedly claims that DRCCT started the legal proceedings.\u00a0 If you want the truth<\/strong> <\/span>you may wish to request a copy of the Clerks report used at the Windsor Meeting on 14-4-2025 – the night before DPC accessed the Datchet Hall by deception and changed the lock.\u00a0 The names of the DPC Councillors at the Windsor are available on the DPC web site.<\/p>\n
