Its current trustees \u2014 Monica Davies and Ewan Larcombe \u2014 applied to register that land at HM Land Registry. This is a routine, necessary step, required to bring the charity\u2019s title onto the modern register. Datchet Parish Council, through Wellers Law Group LLP of London, has objected \u2014 stating explicitly it will not negotiate \u2014 and the matter now heads toward the First-tier Tribunal (Property Chamber).\u00a0 You will find further details <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/drcct.org\/\">here.<\/a><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">I will not take down this website as demanded by Cllr Buckley in his Code of Conduct complaint<\/span><\/strong>.\u00a0 This site hosts over 600 posts and content beyond the DPC\/DRCCT dispute.\u00a0 The Code of Conduct process does not provide for ordering removal of a personal website.<br \/>\nAs for Cllr Buckley demanding a public apology, <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>I have repeatedly raised my concerns through the proper channels including Datchet Parish Council Meetings, the Charity Commission and External Auditor,<\/strong><\/span> but have not yet had support.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>I will not give Cllr Buckley an assurance requiring prior written permission from the Clerk for communications about my own role, as that would be an unreasonable restriction on my Councillor\u2019s freedom of expression and duty to represent both the parish electors and the DRCCT.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Datchet Recreation Centre Charitable Trust (DRCCT, Charity No. 252303) owns the land and buildings at Allen Way on the Sabatini Land.\u00a0 The Council has agreed this as fact.
