Information for grants to support both residents and businesses who have been affected by flooding related to the rising River Thames levels can now be found on our website.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.rbwm.gov.uk\/home\/community-and-living\/emergencies\/flood-recovery-grants\">Flood Recovery Grants | Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead (rbwm.gov.uk)<\/a><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Please note that these different grants have different deadlines for applications, some of which are in the next week or so<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>There are 4 different areas of support available:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Flooded households in eligible areas can apply for up to \u00a3500 to cover immediate costs related to the flooding impacts of their property<\/li>\n<li>Households and businesses significantly affected could be eligible for and can apply for 100% Council Tax or Business Rate relief for at least 3 months<\/li>\n<li>Small to medium sized businesses in eligible areas can apply for up to \u00a32,500 from the Business Recovery Grant to help them return quickly to business as usual<\/li>\n<li>Eligible properties who have been impacted by flooding can apply for up to \u00a35,000 to help them make their homes and businesses more resilient to flooding incidents in the future through the Property Flood Resilience Repair Grant.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Please distribute this information and link to any residents you know have been impacted to assist them in getting their applications in before the deadlines.
