Further to my report about motorbikes on the Recreation Ground – neither the rider nor the passenger on this motorbike on the Horton Road is wearing a helmet, and the rider appears to be underage and unlicensed — a common but illegal and dangerous practice. Surely riding with one hand exacerbates the risks? I have erased their faces and shared this image to document the issue and support road safety awareness.
