Dear Councillors – here comes the injunction!

Posted on October 23, 2026October 23, 2026 by ecwlarcombe

Dear Datchet Parish Councillors – named here – and the Clerk.  You have claimed to be the ‘sole managing trustee’,  unlawfully broken into Datchet Hall, changed the lock and continue to deny access to the  DRCCT Trustees.  We genuine Trustees are now unlawfully locked out and denied access to our own building.  Stand by your beds please – wait patiently, rehearse your excuses and make sure you understand LGA 1972(s139)3.  If you have any evidence to support your claim that you are the ‘sole managing trustee’ – please bring it to my attention.   You may also wish to review your leases/licences.  In my opinion – you never were, are not and indeed cannot be the DRCCT ‘sole managing trustee’.  Could it be that a County Court injunction is coming your way soon?
