FUDY Annual Accounts delayed!

Posted on October 31, 2026 by ecwlarcombe

It appears that the submission of the FUDY Annual Accounts to Companies House has been delayed.  Previously – the total exemption full accounts made up to 31 October 2024 were submitted on 24 Jul 2025.  Then on 29 Oct 2026 the current accounting period was shortened from 30 October 2025 to 29 October 2025.  (Form AA01 – Change of accounting reference date – Company Name: FUDY LIMITED – Company Number: 08250161).   Thus the next FUDY accounts made up to 29 October 2025 are due by 29 January 2027.  (It is interesting to note that the accounting period was previously shortened on 27 July 2023 from 31 October to 30 October  2022.)
