DPC asset stripping? The plot thickens!

Posted on October 26, 2026October 26, 2026 by ecwlarcombe

In previous years Datchet Parish Council has tried repeatedly to gain control of the valuable DRCCT assets.  It appears that today DPC  is using the document below to support their assertion that DPC is the DRCCT trustee.    Unfortunately for DPC – the Maxwell Batley document dated 8th February 1973 has been superseded and ultimately overruled some years later by the Charity Commission.

You can find the Maxwell Batley document here
